I am reposting this review with updated pictures taken today because the last pictures were not “up-to-date” enough for the owner. Apparently, the fact that they had to come back to try and finish the horrendous job they did less than a year ago in the first place is not enough of a red flag. Pictures 1-3 are for bathroom number 1 and pictures 4-6 are for bathroom number 2. Picture 7 is the original response I received where the owner finds it necessary to berate and insult my mother. You said the job was done 18 months ago? WRONG picture 8 shows when the contract was signed 7/8/21 and you still didn’t come for a month because you didn’t have the materials you needed. You said my mother got other quotes? WRONG D’Best was the only place she went to. Folks this is what $14,000 will get you from D’Best! A few shower tiles, bathtub and a new floor! Nothing else! No mirror, no sink, nothing else! Good try attempting to blame the calking issue on the cleaning agents being used.

Orlando, FL area - STAY AWAY! The HireAHelper.com reviews for Prestige Movers are biased because these are only reviews for people who actually got a job completed! They called the day before and confirmed they were coming at 8 am but they never showed up. An hour later I try to call but get not response, then they call back basically saying the crew accidentally slept in because they had another move that ended at 4:30 am and no one thought to call or text us and let us know. After I then told them I would no longer need their services this guy had the audacity to to tell me it would cost HIM an extra $180 charge if they no show and that they could try to be there in 20 mins (almost 2.5 hrs after they were supposed to come). Not once did I receive an apology, he continued to make me feel guilty for not giving them the job they were very late for. I was absolutely stunned and disgusted with the way this company handles their customers.

We sadly contacted this company in November 2021 to get some new front doors and screened in doors our screened in areas outside. The Sales man (who no longer works there) did a great job convincing us we would get what we paid for. He said our doors will be in March 2022. We said we completely understand and gave him a down payment of $5k.March 2022 hits and we haven't heard from them so we gives them a call. No one has any idea what is going on and gives us the run around and keeps telling me someone will call me back. This does not happen so I keep calling day after day (multiple times a day) to get an answer. Finally I am told "sorry we have to push this back till May 2022". Okay - fine. We will wait until May.May 2022 rolls around and the same thing happened. So June 15th I call... no info, lady says: "we have no date, oh wait, looks like they are on back order". Okay now I want a refund. She gives me the VP's number. - He wont pick up the phone. I am now fighting for a refund
